Sunco can duplicate any existing tube bundle to required dimensions, materials and performance.  We offer “U” tube bundles, straight tube and ”floating” tubesheet bundle.  And we can also re-tube fixed tube sheet heat exchangers when the bundle is not removable. 

Sunco has over 50 years experience in the design and manufacturing process of tube bundles.   We build each unit for high thermal efficiency and give you the rugged construction needed for tough day to day operations.

We offer you total flexibility to meet your most demanding requirements… special connection sizes and locations, various tube connection sizes and locations, various tube diameters and spacing, tube lengths, and special materials.  We can also build to ASME standards.
